How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Confirm with your password. This permanently removes your user record, your Prompt Coach history, and signs you out on every device. The action is irreversible. If you cannot reach the screen for any reason, email us and we will delete it for you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancellation happens in your store account, not inside attune:

You will keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds for Play Store purchases go through Google at play.google.com. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases on your behalf.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the same attune email, then tap Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are also signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account that originally made the purchase.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email. We will send you a reset link. If you do not see the email after a few minutes, check your spam folder.

I am not receiving the email verification link.

Inside the app, open Settings → Account → Resend verification email. Check spam. If still nothing arrives, email us — we can verify your address manually.

Is what I type into attune private?

Read the Privacy Policy for the full picture. Short version: the text you submit is sent to our AI provider so it can be rewritten, but the regular "attune" requests are not stored on our database after the response is returned. The Prompt Coach feature does store its conversation thread so it can resume — deleting your account deletes the thread.
